A // OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT

/ EDUTECH / EURON.ONE // 2024 - 2025 //

Project Backgrounds

Organizations often face difficulties when certain teams need extra training. Because employees have different learning styles and backgrounds, it's hard to deliver consistent knowledge. This can lead to project delays, reduced quality, and even project failure showing the need for a solution that supports equal learning for all

Key Challenge to Address

Employees in organizations learn in different ways, making it hard to share knowledge consistently. This inconsistency slows down projects and affects quality, showing the need for a solution that makes learning clear, accessible, and effective for everyone

01

Uneven Skill Upgradation Among Employees

Employees upgrade their skills at different paces due to varying learning styles and workloads. This creates knowledge gaps within teams, leading to inconsistencies in project execution and affecting overall quality

02

Employees Show Low Interest in Upskilling Alongside Work

Employees often prioritize daily tasks over learning, showing low motivation to upgrade their skills while managing work responsibilities

03

Lack of Visibility into Employee Learning Activities

Organizations struggle to track employees’ weekly learning activities and progress to ensure their skills are updated for specific project needs

Our Solution

We created a platform that allows organizations to offer equal learning opportunities by providing course licenses to groups of employees. This helps employees upgrade their skills consistently, stay competent for group projects, and become valuable contributors, while enabling organizations to track, analyze, and encourage skill growth

How I got to this solution

To arrive at the right solution, we conducted a detailed research walkthrough that included stakeholder interviews, employee surveys, and workflow analysis. This helped us accurately identify the pain points, needs, and goals of management, stakeholders, and employees, ensuring our solution addressed real challenges within the organization

Key Challenge to Address

Employees in organizations learn in different ways, making it hard to share knowledge consistently. This inconsistency slows down projects and affects quality, showing the need for a solution that makes learning clear, accessible, and effective for everyone

01

Analyzing Existing Data for Insights

We analyze existing data to gain an initial understanding of user needs, pain points, and the context they are in. This helps us clarify what elements are important to users before moving forward.

02

Gathering Insights via User Interviews

We conducted user interviews with 10 participants: 5 employees who need to continuously upskill to work across different domains, and 5 managers and senior officials from Learning & Development, Human Resources, and Employee Training departments to understand organizational perspectives on employee learning needs

03

Exploring the Competitive Landscape

We analyzed competitors like Coursera for Business, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy Business, and Skillsoft to understand how they address enterprise learning needs. This helped us identify gaps and opportunities to not only solve these user needs more deeply but also to simplify and smoothen the experience for users

Key Observations

Varying learning quality across platforms leads to inconsistent learner understanding, affecting project progress

Many employees lose interest in learning after getting a job or salary increase, choosing comfort over upskilling

Organizations need systems to track employee performance and offer personalized support to keep learning momentum

D // USER PERSONA /

/ EDUTECH / EURON.ONE // 2024 - 2025 //

Target User Types

Based on our research, we identified the key characteristics, goals, and challenges of our target users. We then created fictional characters that represent these patterns, helping us design with a clear focus on their needs

H // TESTING /

/ EDUTECH / EURON.ONE // 2024 - 2025 //

Testing and Refinement

Through user and usability testing, we observed how real users interacted with the product and identified pain points in navigation and task flows. Heuristic evaluation further highlighted areas of confusion. Using these insights, we iterated on the design to improve clarity, reduce friction, and better align the experience with user expectations

01

Enable multiple admin access for a single license

In the previous design, only a single admin could access the license. After analyzing user feedback and internal discussions, we updated the system to allow multiple admins to access and manage the same license

02

Enhanced Visibility and Control Over Sent Invitations

In our previous design, we only displayed the status of employees who accepted the invitation link. In the new design, we also show the details of all employees to whom invitations were sent, along with an option to resend invitations if needed

03

Identify Top Performers Easily

Introduced a Top Learners feature, enabling admins to quickly track and analyze the most dedicated and punctual employees on the team
